    The Petite Suite from Solo Pieces for the Intermediate Flutist was performed at the 1995 NFA Convention as a part of the Pedagogy Potpourri session, and it is included as a Level F work in Selected Flute Repertoire: A Graded Guide for Teachers and Students (NFA Pedagogy Committee, 2001).

    Petite Suite was compiled from the contemporary etudes found in Mel Bay's Flute Handbook. The accompaniments for these etudes were never published (only recorded on an accompanimental CD). We had so many requests for the piano parts that we arranged three of them for inclusion in our intermediate solos book as a suite. The rest of the accompaniments will be placed in the free music section of our web site as soon as we have the time to post them. Keep checking for site updates.
