This scene shows Easter morning's triumphant moment; Christ's appearance to Mary Magdalene in the Garden of Joseph of Arimathea. His hand raised in blessing also expresses the calmness and peace of his words: "Fear Not!" His right foot extends just a bit past the boundary of the space he occupies; Christ transcends time and space. In front of stylized palms and other trees above and beyond her, Mary Magdalene kneels in humility. At the bottom of the window we see two children, symbolizing the important work of teaching within the Church.
