Who we are:
We want to be Christians only, without a denominational name. By wearing Christ's name, we accept responsibility for God's reputation in the way we live. We identify ourselves as a congregation, or church, of Christ, emphasizing our relationship with Christ as His community of people. As a congregation we assemble to exhort and encourage each other, to study God's Word, to speak to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in our heart to the Lord, to have communion with God and one another through the Lord's supper, and to set aside a portion of our material blessings as the Bible instructs .
We accept the Bible as the inspired written word of God and try to follow it as our only guide. We urge you to investigate your Bible and make sure you are in the proper relationship with God. We welcome all Christians to share in the Lord's work here in Luray, or with a congregation of the Lord's Church in the community where you live.

FREE Bible Correspondence
Course:
We have a FREE Bible Correspondence Course available for you to work on in the privacy of your own home and at your own speed. Upon your request, we will mail the first lesson of this completely non-denominational Bible Correspondence Course to you. Upon completion, you simply mail the lesson back to us and we will grade it, send the graded lesson back to you along with the next lesson. Upon completing all lessons in the series, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. We would love to study the bible with you and/or have you at our worship services but, there is no obligation on your part.

Flood Disaster Relief Center:
In early September 1996, our area was hit with a devastating flood. Many people lost their homes and all of their possessions. With the assistance of many caring Christians throughout the United States and especially from the Nashville, Tn. and the West Monroe, La. areas, we established the Flood Disaster Relief Center. From September '96 through December '97, the Disaster Center has helped over 1,100 families in the Page County/Luray area. Approximately $500,000 in food, clothing, furniture and household items have been distributed to those who were affected by this devastating event.
We have now scaled back the Disaster Center Operation, but are still helping those in need in our area. For those who helped make the Flood Disaster Relief Center a success, we say THANK YOU! If you or your family have been helped by the Disaster Relief Center, we are glad that we could help you make it through this disaster.
