FRESH  PASTURED  CHICKEN

$2.95/pound in Harrisonburg (bagged & ready to cook or freeze).
$2.75/pound at farm (ready for your cooler).
Target dressed weight is about four pounds.

Chickens will be available  May through early October. Exact dates vary due to the vagrancies of weather, predators, availability of chicks and factors beyond our control. We start chicks every four weeks, so harvests generally follow the same schedule but eight weeks later. Thus we call to notify customers as exact harvest dates become known. Supply is limited. Orders are filled in order received.
